This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

We are trying to find time to try your suggestions. This is very frustrating. I really don't know how to solve a server issue. But please leave this ticket open till we can get a chance to look more deeply into this. Thank you.

In my test, it is a server issue, can you keep your test site credentials unchanged, so I can escalate this issue and let other developers to debug it in your webserver. Thanks

Here is the found in your website:
1) In the Toolset plugin file "toolset-blocks/embedded/inc/wpv.class.php", line 2216:

$dom_layout_meta_html = new DOMDocument();

It is using starnard PHP class DOMDocument to create a new PHP variable $dom_layout_meta_html, see PHP document:

But in your webserver, it gets null result, and conducts the problem.

2) I have checked the PHP setting of your website:

libxml Version is 2.7.6, it is outdated, can you try to upgrade the libxml to newer version and test again? In the test site I provided above, the libxml version is 2.9.4, in my localhost it is 2.9.6.

You can also test the same website in other webserver.
