User Forms - "Role of the user to create/edit" does not remain selected

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

I am trying to create a User Registration Form. I select the role of the new user to be created, but after saving, this seems to malfunction as it goes back to -- Select Role --

Solution:

It was something related to a plugin conflict

Is this a known issue as https://toolset.com/errata/cannot-select-the-default-user-email-in-toolset-user-form-notification/
or is it some issue on my side?

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, and test again

3) Also check if there is any JS/PHP error in your website:

I'm having the same problem.

As recommended by Luo Yang, I checked and made sure I have the latest Toolset plugins. I also switched to theme 2019.

I have no other plugins installed except all Toolset related plugins... but... mine is installed locally (localhost)
