[Resolved] Use Dynamic field with Astra Custom Header

This support ticket is created 2 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hi there,

As you can see in my video, i can use Custom Header from Astra With Dynamic field.
So if i want use a Custom header for all custom post types, i can not.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

To show a common header for all the custom post types, with the dynamic custom fields, you can create a new custom field group "Header Fields" and make sure that there is no post type restriction added to it.
(i.e. this custom field group should be common and accessible on all custom post types)

After that, when you'll check the dynamic source settings in Astra's custom layout, you'll see that this field group and its fields will be available to select.
