We're having trouble updating certain pages/posts on our website. When I disable Toolset Blocks plugin, I'm able to update the same page without any issue. This seems very similar to this previous support thread that I found in the archive. As was the case in this thread, our website is also hosted by WP Engine. Was this issue resolved, and if so, what was the solution?

Thanks!

Hello,

I assume we are talking about the same problem as your another thread:

Please follow above one, and you can close this one.

Hi Luo,

This is a different website and issue from my other support thread.

The thread you mentioned above is not resolved, but closed.

I suggest you check these in your website:
1) check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/
2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2021, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again
