I am trying to:
Edit elements within content templates using WP Bakery

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see:
Element settings from WP Bakery as they exist elsewhere on the site.

Instead, I got:
A blank popup with no ability to change any part of the element.

Hello,

I can login your website and see the problem, and I see below JS error in my Chrome browser console window:

load-scripts.php:4 Uncaught ReferenceError: $usof is not defined

It seems to be same problem of another thread here:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/problem-with-wpbakery-page-builder-in-content-template-with-impreza-theme/

That client fixed it by:

create template in wpbakery from this page Wpbakery page builder - > templates

Does it work for you?

Hey Luo,

Thank you for pointing me to that thread. I tried what Minesh mentioned, and yes I am able to build templates within WP Bakery. I don't entirely understand what the user's solution achieved, since WP Bakery templates are entirely different from Toolset's content templates. The two are not interchangeable for my purposes at least.

Since it is a compatibility issue, please try these:
1) Deactivate other plugins and switch to WordPress default theme and test again.
2) If the problem still persist, provide detail steps to duplicate the same problem in a fresh WP installation, and provide the other required plugins(WP Bakery) downloadable link, I need to reproduce the same problem in my localhost, thanks
