when i use toolset on elementor, when go to: "edit heading" and need to see there: TOOLSET FIELD , i see only: TOOLSET URL FIELD.

Also when i click on the KEY - nothing happens on the website, im sure i did everything correctly.

i also re installed it again. and nothing changed...

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2021, and test again

And in order to display the custom fields created with Toolset Types plugin, you can use Types shortcode [types] directly, for example:
Add a text editor in the Elementor Template, switch to "Text" mode, display the Types shortcode, like this:

[types field="my-field"][/types]

Please replace "my-field" with your custom field slug

Dear Luo,

Thank you for the support but i did everything you wrote me - and still: when i want to upload a trailer with toolset on elementor, or to ad: PLOT, RATING etc......i cklick on the menue - but on elementor page nothing happens.

Please your advice.

Another issue:

i havethe TOOLSET BLOCKS plugin - but i shut it down.
i did that because when going to my home page when i activate this plugin - the content of the page is missing and im getting only a white page with the word: HOME, only.
The version i have is your latest toolset version 1.6.

So, maybe because i shut it down, i cant block things?

So i downloaded the earlier version of toolset blocks - 5.3.1. and it happened also with this version.

Hope you can find whats wrong...

If you want to start looking at my problem - start with the MOVIE SINGLE elementor page i created.

Go there to elementor and try to put for examle the PLOT or the name of the movie by block, and it doesnt work...

I can install the duplicator package in my localhost.

1) I assume we are talking about the Elementor template "MOVIE SINGLE":

I have tried to add any element into the content, but get below error message:

Activate Your License and Get Access to Premium Elementor Templates, Support & Plugin Updates.

Since I don't have a License of Elementor pro, so I can not reproduce the problem you mentioned above, if you need more assistance for it, please provide a live test website in below private message box, fill below private message box with your test website credentials, thanks

2) Toolset Blocks plugin is based on WordPress built-in Blocks editor, and Elementor is another visual editor, it is not recommended to use them to design the same page post, so if you want to Toolset Blocks plugin in your website, and design the single "Movie"
post with Elementor plugin, you don't need to use the Toolset content template "Template for Movies", for example:
a) Activate Toolset Blocks plugin
b) Dashboard-> Toolset-> Content templates, find and remove item "Template for Movies", this is an empty content template.
