Toolset image field not displaying when using Elementor

This support ticket is created 5 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,
We have an image custom field in Toolset, created Elementor template with an image widget that we assign to the Toolset image field using the dynamic option in Elementor. But the image doesn't display on the front-end.

The fall back image will display though. And if I use an Elementor shortcode widget and place the Toolset image shortcode in it, the image will display. So it seems to be an issue with the Dynamic option in Elementor.
Any thoughts on this?

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:

1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins + Elementor plugins
You can download the latest version of Toolset plugins here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, and test again

3) Also check if there is any PHP errors in your website:
