We have a form that creates CPTs and has a Featured Image Field included.
Featured images are not required.
Up and until Forms 2.6.7 (at least) the Form worked well even if we did not provision a Featured Image on form submit.
Since 2.6.7 the Form will throw an error ("You can only upload an image file") if we do not provision a Featured Image on form submit. If we provision a featured Image the form works well.
Steps:
1. Create a CPT, make sure to enable Featured Image.
2. Create a form to add new such CPT.
3. Submit form in front end without featured image added.

I would be rather cool to have a prompt fix to this bug, the client is blocked by it and planned to move the project to deploy it to hundreds of sites (it is an SaaS so there's not just one case).
We waited on purpose for almost a month with the update, in fear of bugs... now the client caught the issue within a few hours since we deployed the update. And of course it affects more than one site already 😐

Seems not even using a Custom Field we could resolve this.
Will follow up there, however letting this open here in order to express the urgency of this issue 😉

Thanks for the feedback, I have added this thread into YT, and this issue is fixed in Toolset Forms plugin 2.6.9, which will be released soon
This was released hence assumed solved.
Didn't test but had the beta installed in which it was solved.
I can't resolve the ticket here myself, no such option, also you might want to fix this message:
"This thread is marked as fixed in next release. Support staff may not reply to more posts. If you need further assistance from our staff, please start a new thread."
