[Closed] Toolset filter not displaying correctly in Safari/iPad/iPhone/Nexus 5/Galaxy S5

I have an issue when viewing my Toolset filters in Safari on my iPhone. When I tap “Audience” there are no options at all available. (There should be two: "Adult and "Youth") The other drop-down menus/Toolset filters are working correctly.

I did some checking and tested additional browsers on my phone (Firefox, Chrome, Opera) and everything shows correctly there.

Then I used a virtual browser/device tool (Hoverify) to check if it works and there seems to be an issue not only on iPhones/iPad Safari but also on: Nexus 5 and Galaxy S5. Things not working on Safari is the biggest issue.

Are you able to replicate this? Is it fixable? It should be, I would think, since all the other filters are working correctly. Everything is fone when viewing on my desktop computer.

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I've checked your website's "resources archive" on a couple of different actual devices as well as in the Browserstack, but couldn't reproduce this behavior.

Can you please clear all involved caches and test the dropdown again? Also, see if the login/logout status has any effect on this.
