Toolset Blocks missing from Block set

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi There,
I'm trying to create a new page and wanting to use some of the toolset features. When I click on the + in WordPress to add a new block and scroll down the list, I only have the option to add "CONTENT TEMPLATE."
The other options are not available or missing entirely.

How can I regain these?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

It is strange that only one of the Toolset Blocks is showing and the others missing.

Can you please test this with all plugins other than Toolset disabled and with a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One? It will also be a good idea to re-install all the Toolset plugins again.

In case the issue still persists, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message.

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.
