Now it works fine (and also the shortcode).
The problem now is with "forms" plugin.
Updating it to the last version it does not work in the right way. Clicking on the bottom "Calcola preventivo" it does not upload the page.

I can duplicate the same problem in my localhost, and have escalated this issue.
The problem is AJAX form submitting, currently, you can try these: edit the post form:
hidden link
disable option "Submit this form without reloading the page (use AJAX)", please test again.

There is just a problem. When I click on the button without reloading the page (use AJAX) is not so clear for the user to undertand if the page il loading or not. When I click the page remains the same, no loading signal in progress, as is the case using AJAX.
How can I do? What you suggest?
It has been escalated to our 2nd tier supporters, disable AJAX submitting is only a workaround, you can wait for the fix, I will keep on updating here if there is any news.

Here is update from our developers, it is fixed in Forms Commerce plugin version 1.8.4, which is under QA status, but I am not sure when will it be release, and I will update here if there is any news.
