Hi,

Since I didn't receive a reply from you in the chat, I've moved the conversation to this support ticket.

When I tried to log in to the admin area, it redirects to a different sub-domain "account.{yourwebsite.com}/wp-login.php". When I used the username and the password that you've shared, it shows the incorrect password message.

Can you please check the username and the password again and also share the exact link to the login page?

Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you for sharing the admin access.

It seems that the old slug for the Tutor post type was saved in the WordPress rewrite rules cache.
( ref: hidden link )

I flushed it by using the "Save changes" button at WP Admin -> Settings -> Permalinks and the tutor posts are now showing correctly.
