I'm trying to do template. All Google metrics good, but Cumulative Layout Shift 0,9 or more.
I'm use page template blocks, but i cannot find problem with settings of elements of template. How to set the correct container, picture, grid settings for this metric. I cannot understand what is the reason for the bad rating.
Pages made in an Elementor do not cause such problems. The problem is not in the theme of WordPress (use Astra). The page will cause a problem when rendered with a content template.
How to fix this?
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.
The Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) metric measures how much unexpected layout shifts affect the user experience on a page. These layout shifts occur when content moves around without prior user input.

Based on this it doesn't relate to the use of any specific page builder or editor, but depends on the overall strategy of how the content is presented on a web page.
You'll find some useful tips to improve this metric, in these guides:

If you notice any content generated through Toolset's Blocks editor is responsible for these shifts, you're welcome to share a link to the example page where this content can be seen.
