How can I get my staging site at staging.vegasfoodandfun.com to have a registered version of Toolset Types?
When I enable the plugin on the staging site I get the white screen of death when I try to edit or add a page.

I suggest you check these:
1) Install the latest version of Toolset Types plugin manually, and test again, you can download it here:

2) For the "white screen" problem, please try these:
a) Check if there is any PHP errors in your website:

b) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, and test again

This is a registration issue...since the registered site is hidden link, it doesnt work on hidden link.
I know this because I was getting the white screen when I had changed my site from www and didnt change the registered site here in Toolset. Once I updated it in Toolset to match my exact URL, it worked fine.
can I get a temporary registration at least for my staging site? Others have addressed this issue in the forum without a resolution back in July 2018.
Since they are different domains, they will take as two different website:
vegasfoodandfun.com
staging.vegasfoodandfun.com
So you need to setup two different site keys for them, I can not provide temporary site key for you, you might consider upgrade your Toolset account to get more site keys:
