Split: Some block settings are no longer work after a simple page refresh

Could you provide me with precise steps on how you reach that issue?
If you create one new simple view, with such conditional, the issue does not happen, correct? This means, one of the conditions is the one causing the issue.

We would need to know the precise steps to lead to that issue, so we can solve it.

It would be great if we could work on this online on a testing site to see immediately the steps done if you have such a testing site, can you share it in the next reply?
