I'm having the exact same issue and have followed the steps in your reply and I just get an "Invalid site key for the current site." error.

I've tried to see how I can contact support directly on this but all of the support links go round in circles! If you can let me know an email address to contact I can send the details I'm used over so we can resolve it.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please share admin access details and let me check whats going wrong with your setup.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Hi, I don't have access to create a full backup of the site currently or to give you FTP access (but can request if needed) but I can send over a WordPress login if that's sufficient?

Please confirm and I'll get it sent over but it's just this invalid site key error that we're having, image attached.

I login to admin and I found the root cause.

You are using really really outdated Toolset Types plugin.

We publish the Types 3.0 with the new many to many relationships and we have added the number of new features to this major release and that is before almost nine years a go.

Please check the following blog from 2018:
=> https://toolset.com/2018/05/toolset-post-relationships-release/
=> https://toolset.com/2018/05/when-if-to-migrate-relationships-in-old-toolset-sites/

Before you update the Toolset plugins to latest official release version:
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***

For now, please try to update the Toolset Types plugin manually from plugins page and then you can add/update addon Toolset plugins:
- Deactivate and Delete all Toolset plugins from plugins page
- Download the latest Toolset Types plugin version 3.6.2:
- https://toolset.com/download/toolset-types/#changelog
=> https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#installing-the-toolset-types-plugin
- Upload and activate first Types plugin and then you are free to install and activate all other Toolset add-on plugins using the installer:
- https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed

Can you please check the above steps and check if you able to install and activate the latest Toolset Types plugin as well as register the site key.
