[Closed] site doesn't support toolset anymore

All over sudden on two of our sites (hidden link and hidden link) we can't use / add / edit Toolset blocks and functionalities anymore. (uploaded images are from hidden link)
We didn't install new plugins recently, just ran regular updates.
All Toolset-plugins are up to date and registered.

I went through all Toolset system requirements again to check, if there could be a missed update etc. Everything looks good and our other site (hidden link) is still up and running.

Could you please advice, what I should try next to get all Toolset functions back on track?

Hi Remo,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I've performed some tests on my website (with the latest WordPress and Toolset versions), but couldn't reproduce this.

Can you please test this with all plugins other than Toolset disabled and with a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One? It will also be a good idea to re-install all the Toolset plugins again.

In case the issue still persists, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details of any one of these websites. I'll also need your permission to download a clone/snapshot of the website if it needs to be investigated on a different server.

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.
