I am trying to: change related post types for a Post Field Field Group, but it can not be completed, saved or being reset to default "All content".
I tried it multiple times.
It is strange because I can do it for a Term Field Field Group...
Pls. note it is a local install.

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please try these:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019

3) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/

4) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, also point out the problem page URL and view URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

Hello,

The issue still exists with theme 2019 and only Toolset plugins active.

The Chrome Console didn't show any issue on that admin page.

I'd like to provide the Duplicator files and admin credentials, but the zip is more than 120MB, so I can't upload it here,
pls. provide me an option.

Thanks

You can put the duplicator package file in your own google drive disk, and share the link in below private message box.
Also point out the problem post/page URL, thanks

I am downloading the files, will update here if there is anything found.

Thanks for the details, since you are using higher version of Mysql server, it takes time to duplicate the problem.

The problem is in custom URL field "Brand Logo".

Please edit the custom field group "Brand CF Group", find and edit the image field "Brand Logo", in option "Default value", you are using value: Please upload one, it is not a valid file URL, please replace it with valid URL or keep it empty, then test again.

Hi,

you are right, thank you!

Pls. note I didn't entered those values, but if I'm correct, that Brand Logo field was originally set to required, which I might changed later, so Toolset might set automatically those values ( I mean setting Brand Logo to required added string "Please upload one" to that field) and it was not reverted when set it to not required, automatically...
Also, a warning or error message would have helped a lot...

I wanted to inform you and Toolset about it and add my comment to the thread for other readers,
we can close ticket, thank you!

I have tried it in my localhost with a fresh wordpress installation with the latest version of Toolset plugins, with below steps:
1) setup the custom image field as "Required", I don't see any value in the field "Default value"
2) Same as above, uncheck "Required" option, I don't see any value in the field "Default value".

Please provide detail steps to duplicate the same problem, thanks

I'm sorry I don't have more time to debug, thank you for the help.

2 statements finally:
- I'm not sure it was latest 3.3.8 Types, it maybe was 3.3.7, when I registered Toolset
- I'm sure I didn't enter that text into that field, I never do that, I used to keep default. Since you wrote it caused the issue, I tried to find an answer, what I suppose is the most probable.

Thank you
