Hello!

I have 4 custom statuses for a CPT.
I can change the status of the post in the WordPress administration panel.
I want to know if there is any way to automatically send an email when a post changes its status?.

Thanks!

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Toolset doesn't include any built-in feature for this, but, it can be achieved using a third-party plugin or custom code.

For example:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpsite-post-status-notifications/
https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/a/318631

For more personalized assistance around custom code, you can also consider hiring a professional from our list of recommended contractors:

regards,
Waqar
