Repeat values on Search dropdown

Hi,
I have created a Real Estate custom post and have a custom field Location where each real estate agents are from various locations.
Now if 2 agents are from same location then on the archive page location search field , same values are getting repeated on the downdown

Here both the agents are assigned to the same location and on the search downdown, the "South Kolkata" location is getting repeated

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Those location "South Kolkata" seems to be repeating because it is entered in two different ways.

In one instance it is saved as "South Kolkata" but in another one, it is added as "South Kolkata, ", ( note that the text is followed by a ',' and empty space ).

Please make sure that it is typed exactly the same in both instances and it won't be treated as two separate entries.
