This is an issue related to Toolset Types (3.4.17) in combination with Firefox. It don't appears on Chrome, Safari, Opera and Edge.

I have custom radio fields applied to all posts and a Many to Many Post-Pages Relation.

The Problem ist that the custom radio field values of the related post overrides the value of the post I am edditing.

Watch the video on the sample page for clarification: hidden link

Duplicator is installed on the page, feel free.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

With the help of your screen recording and clear steps, I was able to reproduce this behavior on my test website too.

The issue only appears in the Firefox browser if a common radio-type field is used across both post types in the relationship.

I've shared these findings with the concerned team for further review and will keep you updated through this ticket.

regards,
Waqar

Well some months passed, and nothing happens. The Problem still exist and I can't use custom radiio fields. Any news?

Thank you for checking in.

I'll check the status of this ticket internally and will update you accordingly.

Sry for asking, but any Idea how long it will take to check the status?

#2653261

Thank you for waiting.

I'm afraid, I don't have any update on the progress at the moment, but I have shared a reminder internally.

Since it affects only a particular browser and with the pause on development ( ref: https://toolset.com/2022/06/whats-next-for-toolset/ ), I suspect this will take some time. However, I'll let you know, as soon as I have more news.

For now, the only workaround I can think of is not to use a common radio field across the post types which are also connected through post-relationship.
