We seem to be getting a lot of spam contact form submissions even with the ReCaptcha enabled.
Can you please explain why this is happening and what can be done about it? We are not looking to move our email away from GSuite.
What's strange is that we are receiving it as the customer notification but to the admin notification email address. If you see, this is the customer notification template.

I have tested it, you are using simple ReCaptcha validation, in this case, you can consider to raise the ReCaptcha Security Preference level, see Google document:

Thanks for your response. I've taken a look but I'm getting stuck with what ReCaptcha security level i'm currently at and how and which level I need to get to and where to do this. And also where to set this within Toolset as the screenshot it shows isn't what I see within the Toolset Settings, in terms of the ReCaptcha settings.

The ReCaptcha Security Preference is in your own Google account, I don't have access to it, you will need to follow the document I mentioned above to change it:

Thank you for your response. After taking a look at raising the ReCaptcha level, I believe your document says you only support ReCaptcha Version 2 and not ReCaptcha Version 3, so should I still change it to Level 3? (SEE ATTACHED SCREENSHOT)
and the following link backs this up somewhat. Please let me know which level of ReCaptcha I can use with Toolset Forms:

So does it mean that your forms do not support ReCaptcha Version 3 or just that they do support it but you don’t offer Technical Support for it?
