What Query Filters should we add specifically to limit the properties to only these required statuses:

- "status" "te koop" OR "binnenkort te koop" OR "verkoopintentie" OR "open voor een bod"
OR
- "verkoopstatus" "te koop" OR "binnenkort te koop" OR "verkoopintentie" OR "open voor een bod"

We won't add any search or ordering filters so the performance should be perfect.
