Hello Toolset.

I am helping several cohousing neighborhoods organize a national virtual open house event. We want to streamline the data gathering and sharing. I have been asked to provide an intake form and have all the inputed data show up relatively neatly on a webpage. Which of your products would I need to make this happen? Can you share links to tutorials to help me?

It is possible with Toolset plugins, for example, you can try these:
1) With Toolset Types plugin, Create a custom post type "event data":

Add custom fields and taxonomies in above post type:

2) With Toolset Forms plugin, setup post forms for user to edit/create "event data" posts:

3) With Toolset Blocks plugin, you can display "event data" post information in front-end:
