until few days ago, we can show product page but now it shows an error that no template is selected (i am not sure about exact error since it is displayed in Japanese and Chinese in our environment.)

During the testing on my website, I couldn't reproduce this issue with a similar product and content template settings, which suggests that this is something specific to your website.
To troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:
1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme, and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.
2. It would be interesting to test this with all plugins other than Toolset and WPML disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty.
If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one-by-one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.
3. In case the issue still persists, I'll need a clone/snapshot of your website so that it can be investigated on a different server, without affecting the actual website.

Thanks for the update and glad that this is sorted out now.
The Layouts plugin has been retired and is not recommended to be used on the new websites with Blocks editor.
Apart from the Layouts plugin, you can use the other Toolset plugins as needed, based on their individual functionalities.
Generally, we don't recommend mixing content from multiple page builders and editors, for future-proofing and consistency.
For example, if your theme comes with its own page builder or editor or if you prefer a third-party page builder like Elementor, WPBakery etc, then it is best to use that editor to control the structure and layout of the page and insert Toolset elements through shortcodes.
Likewise, if you are only using the WordPress default, blocks based Gutenberg editor, you can simply use the Blocks available from the Toolset in the same editor.
