No - that issue is not fixed - are you facing the same issue and you are seeing Divi loading image when editing the content template?
Yes, the same issue.
Ok - We already escalated the issue to our next level support but unfortunately, the exact issue is not spotted yet.
Is it possible for you to send me a duplicator package of your install? If would be great if you can share this so I can forward that for further debug.
As well as - please submit the debug information so I can check what OS you are using and PHP version etc..etc..

I can already see couple of old duplicator packages already created here:

Can I remove those and create a brand new one?
Yes. You can do it.
When you no longer need the backup you tell me to delete it.
I've removed the old duplicator packages and right now it's creating a new duplicator package.
In the meantime - can you please tell me what is the problem URL where I can see the issue? Is there any specific one? Or I should check with any content template?
Also, Could you please send me to debug information that will help us to investigate your issue.

Can I delete the Duplicator backup from my dashboard?
Another question, in the ticket (https://toolset.com/forums/topic/patch-for-divi-layout-block-in-toolset-block-template-not-functioning-fully/) indicates that the problem has already been solved, so why do you want the backup of my site?
As Luo mentioned here - the issue is escalated to our next level support and I do not see its resolved.
Maybe you have confusion because the ticket marked as Resolved but the issue is not resolved yet. You should keep duplicator package for today and tomorrow you should delete it.

Can you please try to update Toolset View's to it's latest release version and check if that help you to resolve your issue.
