I suggest you should update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest official release version:
- Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin and click the "Commercial" tab
- Click Check for updates
- Update your site to the newest Toolset plugins
Alternatively, log into your Toolset Account page, click Downloads in the left sidebar and then click Download Toolset manually. Finally, download the plugins you need, and manually upload them to your site.
Please check Downloads page first to ensure the current latest version for all Toolset plugins as we also release few hotfixes after the major release.
Everything has been updated, but all the pages that say "Dynamically Assigned by Toolset" are not showing any text beyond the headline. How do I fix that? And where do I change the formats that are dynamically assigned?
Can you please share admin access details as the access details you shared with your initial post does not work and shows the following error message when I try to login to admin:
Error: The username Katie Paine is not registered on this site. If you are unsure of your username, try your email address instead.
Can you please send me working admin access details and let me see whats going worng with your setup.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I finally got the post to display correctly and then suddenly that one post is replicating all over the place and the other ebooks are gone. Same for Courses and all the other things under Ebooks and training. hidden link
Can you please try to update to latest Toolset plugins. You can download the latest Toolset plugins from your Account's Downloads page:

I suggest you should setup a staging/test site or take full backup of your production site before you go to update process as if anything goes wrong you have a backup to restore.
