Why is my page making a horizontal scrolling bar already on a laptop size monitor. the reference site dos not behave that way and I short I had make my page the same way

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Unfortunately I'm not able to see this issue as there is no horizontal scrollbar for me.

If your website is too wide then on some computer monitor resolutions then the scrollbar will appear.

As you can see there are no horizontal scrollbars on my screen, so i'm not seeing any issues.
