Hi,
I have a problem after cloning the editor profile to assign the ability to change layout. After creating a new profile and copying the editor role, in the gutenberg editor I only have the button to link an image but not the upload button and there is this message "You do not have sufficient permissions ....".
After reinstalling the classic editor, everything works normally.
Is there a conflict with the Gutenberg editor or did I do something wrong?
Thanks for the support

Hi,

Welcome to Toolset support and I'd be happy to assist.

To troubleshoot this, I'll need to see exactly how the user roles and permissions are set up on the website.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, along with the link to a page where this message can be seen?

Please also include the exact steps and the login details for a user with this new role, that you're using for this testing.

Note: Your next reply will be private and though no changes will be made on your website, please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar
