You don't need to share the FTP access or server protection details, but, we'll need a username and password for the WordPress user with the 'administrator' role.
( feel free to use any email address for this temporary user and you can delete this user once this troubleshooting is complete )

At this point I need to use a different product and ask for a refund for my toolset purchase. Please let me know if there's another department I need to contract for that.
