Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'm trying to get the loop template to show up like it does in the preview. Right now it's displaying right as long as I'm in the /preview but when I go straight to the URL, it's not showing up right.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
no

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

A layout issue like this can sometimes be caused by a temporary cache issue. Can you please clear all involved caches and then check the page's styles again?

In case the issue persists, I'll need to see how this view is set up in the admin area. You're welcome to share temporary admin login details along with the link to this page.

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you for sharing the access details.

It seems the way the WP Rocket plugin is changing the loading of the website's styles and scripts, is affecting the layout of the Toolset grid design elements.

Can you temporarily disable that plugin and then see if the issue with the layout is fixed?

Once confirmed, you can exclude Toolset's scripts and styles from optimization through the WP Rocket plugin's settings, as explained in this guide:
