Modify price from a form

This support ticket is created 3 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

I have a product edit form with the field "Woocommerce Product Price"

When I change the value of this field, it gets saved, but the real product price does not get updated.

I previously looked at the following suggestion from Shane: https://toolset.com/course-lesson/enabling-additional-woocommerce-fields-in-product-forms/

but it doesn't make sense. What am I missing here?

To troubleshoot this, I'll need to see how this form is set up in the admin area.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, along with the link to a page where this form can be seen?
