Dear thip,

Could you describe the question with more details?
1) How do you setup the custom post types?
Is it a hierarchical custom post type?
Did you enabled the option "show_in_nav_menus"?
Whether post_type is available for selection in navigation menus.
Default: value of public argument.

2) How do you setup the menu?
Are we talking about this:
Dashboard-> Appearance-> Menus

3) Since I do not have a copy of The7 theme, could you provide a downloadable URL for the The7 theme? and describe detail steps to duplicate same problem, I need test and debug it in my localhost,

I can find a old version of The 7 theme (Version: 3.6.1), so I can test it in my localhost, but I need detail steps to duplicate same problem, I am not sure we are talking about the same problem:
see screenshot 1.jpg:

If you are going to achieve same result as above screenshot, please check below steps:

1) Create a custom post type, enable below three options:
Page Attributes
hierarchical
show_in_nav_menus
see below test site:
hidden link
user/pass: xgren/111111

2) Create some test posts with parent/child relationships:
hidden link
see screenshot 2.jpg

3) Add them into wordpress menu:
hidden link

see the result:
hidden link
in the top-left of above page, there is a wordpress menu

It is same in the "The 7" theme
