All my layouts worked fine - but ever since I upgraded to Toolset Blocks from Toolset Views, all my archive pages stopped using the Layout Templates I set them to. Please see: {link removed} or {link removed} - both are only showing the Loop section of the archive. I checked the layout template and they are still assigned to the archives, yet it's not being shown on the frontend.

I tried the default theme and deactivated all plugins except for Toolset plugins, and the issue is still there.

Would appreciate help with this, thank you!

Also, I reinstalled Toolset Views 3.3.3 and it worked fine again - I think Toolset Blocks is the problem;
I left Toolset Blocks active for my website for when the support person looks at it. Thanks!

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Can you please check if changing the "Editing experience" setting ( at WP Admin -> Toolset -> Settings -> General ) has any effect on this?
( with the Blocks plugin activated )

In case the issue still persists, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details so that I can see how these layouts are set up in the admin area.

Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you for sharing the admin access.

The WordPress Archives override the Layouts, which is why when a Layout is assigned to an archive page, a WordPress Archive shouldn't be directly attached to it.

For example, I noticed that the WordPress Archive "{name removed}" and the layout "{name removed}" were both assigned to the "{name removed}".
( when the layout already includes that WordPress Archive )

I've un-assigned the WordPress archive from the "{name removed}" ( screenshot: {removed} ) and the layout and the WordPress archives are showing correctly now.

Thank you very much! Also, could you please block out all the names of my archives, the link and the screenshot? I would like it to be private and not shown in the forums publicly;

Glad my message helped and I've removed the specific details from the thread.

Thank you! Also one last thing - the URL at the bottom is still there, could you please remove it as well?

I've removed the generic links too.
