I am trying to: delete Kadence row layout background image
Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link (home page, three row layout with image background)
I expected to see: color background only (background without any image)
Instead, I got: image background (the image stays still)

From your message, I understand that you'd like to remove the cake image background shown on the homepage behind the text "AndGoodthings".
If my understanding is correct, you'll find it added through the Kadence element named "Welcome before content".
( WP Admin -> Appearance -> Kadence -> Elements )
From that element's edit screen, you'll be able to remove that background image.

The background images for the 3 column section are added to the "Row Layout" block, through the "Background Settings".

You'll find this block in each 3 column section.
Thanks for the reply. I can add or change background image; however, what I mean is, I am not able to delete the background image once the image is added. Thanks for your help.

While I can see the issue with removing the background images on your website, I couldn't reproduce this on my test website. On my test website, the option to remove the image background works as expected.
This suggests that something specific to your website is involved. As the section block from which the background image is not getting removed is from the Kadence blocks plugin have you reported this to their official support team?
It would be interesting to test this with all extra plugins ( i.e. other than Toolset and Kadence ) disabled. If it is fixed, you can activate the disabled plugins, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.
If the issue is only happening when Toolset plugins are active, I'll need your permission to download a clone/snapshot of your website, to investigate this on a different server.
