Can we get more details of how you have this set up?

I just checked on my own local site and displaying a single map in a content template with the marker coming from an address custom field of the post being displayed works correctly with the current versions.

(We do have a problem with the latest release with displaying markers on a map using a View as the source, see https://toolset.com/errata/cannot-specify-view-as-source-of-markers-in-map-block-following-maps-2-0-9-release/.)

Also, please share your debug info (hidden link).

Hi, thanks for your reply.

I have created a content template for my standard posts. At the beginning of the content there is a dynamic map block. This is not displayed in the frontend (photo). The card is loaded in the template editing backend (photo).

Kind regards

Hi,

Thank you for sharing these details.

From your website's debug information, I see that the Toolset plugins are not updated to the their latest versions.

To troubleshoot this missing map issue, I'll recommend the following steps:

1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme, and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.

2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.

If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.

3. In case the issue still persists, I'll need to see how this map block is set up in the content template in the back-end and you're welcome to share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message.

Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Hello Waqar,

You were right, my toolset plugins were out of date. The cards are now displayed again. However, I have to note that my dashboard did not show any pending updates for the toolset plugins. Perhaps this should be investigated?

Kind regards

Hello,

For the new questions:

I have to note that my dashboard did not show any pending updates for the toolset plugins.

Please check these in your website:
1) Upgrade Toolset Types plugin to the latest version manually, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) Follow our document to setup the Toolset site key:
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/

in above document, screenshot :
https://toolset.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/toolset-install-7-1-2.png
there is a button "Check for updates", you can use it to get the updates notification.
