Hello Support,
The icons on this page are not showing up - hidden link
NOTE: This is behind a membership wall, so you would need to login to see the page. Can you send me a way to send you that information securely?
Thanks
Hi, I have activated private reply fields so you can share login credentials securely. I'll take a look and give you some feedback.
Should I click "Join Now" and submit some information, or is manual role assignment required for me to see the problem on this page?
I just went in and assigned a membership level for you. Once you log in just to go this page hidden link
and you will see the issue.
Thanks for the quick replies and awesome support
It seems there is a problem attempting to load content across domains from an insecure server. See the screenshot here. It looks like some of the content is hosted on a different domain, hidden link, that does not have HTTPS enabled. Since the site at hidden link uses HTTPS, this content cannot be loaded. It's a security feature built-in to browsers. Can you explain why this site is attempting to load data across domains? Perhaps a migration process or script did not modify all the URLs from a development environment?
Hmmm... that's exactly what happened. The dwayne0125.sg-host.com was the development/staging URL until my client got me the "real" URL. I really didn't do a migration, I just pointed to the new domain. I instructed my "FORMER" developer to NOT link to the full path but to make the relative so this would not happen.
My question is how can this be fixed. When I go to the edit page I don't see where this can be fixed.
Can you help me with that? Thanks

It looks like this icon is generated by a custom shortcode. I did a quick check and it seems there might be a simple fix here:
hidden link
Edit the ranking-snippet snippet and replace the old domain with the new domain. Save the updated snippet, and test again.
Glad to help. Since custom code snippets are stored as files on the server, you should note that the snippet file is now updated on the server. Therefore, anyone who keeps local copies of this site's filebase should pull down the latest version of this file into their local repository:
/wp-content/toolset-customizations/ranking-snippet.php
Otherwise, if someone uploads an old version of the file in the future, it will overwrite the changes you made.
