Tell us what you are trying to do?
Hey there

We had discussion in the previous support ticket(I have created a search view but it search only case sensitive.)
option to re-open was no longer available, so I started a new thread.

I have custom fields Home Style, Home Type, Construction Type,Features,Architect / Designer

I wanted to search items of those keywords, so I combined these values to the newly created field "Store Plan Features Values".
It not showing result

Can you help us look into this?

Keyword search produces no results (“no items found”). Enable keyword search to find works included in:
- Home Style (e.g. contemporary, farmhouse, etc)
- Home Type (e.g. ADU, tiny, single family, duplex, multifamily, etc)
- Construction Type (e.g. modular, site built, etc)
- Features (e.g. skylight, patio doors, home office, master retreat, etc)
- Architect / Designer

In the previous chat I shared credentials as well.

If I add that field to my main view then it's showing the appropriate result

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

To troubleshoot this, I'll need to see how this view and fields are set up in the admin area.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message?
( when a ticket is closed, any access details are removed from it )

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you for sharing these details.

I've updated the query filter for the "Store Plan Features Values" field in the view "Property Type Search2", so that it uses the "like" operator.

The text search for this field seems to be working now on the "/explore-list/" page.
