[Closed] i have time out error when i save may post if toolset is active

This support ticket is created 2 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

I am trying to:
I try to save my posts such as product, post, coupon and etc... and I get a time-out error. if I deactivate toolset all thing do correct

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

The "Request timeout" usually indicates that the server doesn't have enough resources to complete the requested operation, in a timely manner.

Have you checked the server's error log to see if any specific errors or warnings are recorded? If not, I'll recommend temporarily turning on WordPress debugging and the check the server log, when the timeout error appears.

Please let me know how it goes and share any errors or warnings that you see in the error log.

I have a dedicated server that located in Iran
When I disable toolset all action done correctly
Is there any limited action in my server because it is in Iran ?
Any additional resurse I need to upgrade my server?

The server's location or country shouldn't affect this, but, the server's configuration or resources will matter.

Did you get a chance to check the server's error logs, after turning on WordPress debugging, as recommended in my last reply?
