Tell us what you are trying to do?
I have problem with posts on this website. In subheading on every post I see code which i want to disable. I will add picture with code appearing on every post. I hope you can help me.
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

To troubleshoot this, I'll need to see how this post's template is set up in the admin area.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message?

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Hi Waqar,

The WordPress site I am trying to recover is in very restricted environment. In fact, the host is not using standard cPanel setup , so everything is more difficult.
It is government's site and to actually open wordpress admin dashboard I have to use VPN restricted access and after that to open dashboard in incognito mode. Otherwise, no access.

I have admin privileges for WordPress but on the file system, I have very restricted access.

I am currently in communication with hosting agency (also governmental) to provide me the full write access rights to plugin folder and full outgoing communication to toolset.com, so plugin can register and update regularly.

Maybe that will resolve the issue. Toolset plugin is reporting that I am using an expired account on Toolset.

The only way I see for your assistance is to connect to my laptop using TeamViewer , because I can't share with you my credentials.

What is your availability this week ? I am in GMT+2 time zone.

In the meantime, I hope to resolve these access issues.

BR Alex

Hi Alex,

Thank you for sharing these details and I understand if sharing admin access is complicated.

First, I recommend making sure that WordPress, active theme, and all plugins are updated to the latest versions.

For Toolset plugins, if automatic updates are restricted, you can download them manually from the Toolset downloads page:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Once updated, please ensure that at least Toolset Types and the Blocks/Views plugins are active.
( the shortcodes in your screenshot will not work if these plugins are not active )

In case the shortcodes still don't work, see which template or theme file the single post page is using and see how these shortcodes are getting included.
( they should be added in a way that WordPress can recognize and process them as shortcodes and expand the output accordingly )

A live call may not be possible, but if you still face any challenges, you can capture a quick screencast and share what you've already tried.

regards,
Waqar
