Home › Toolset Professional Support › [Resolved] I got a message saying I have an unregistered version of toolset
Problem:
I have got this message on WP: " You are using an unregistered version of Toolset and are not receiving compatibility and security updates. Register now".
When I click on register now, it asks for the site key, however, when it put my key, it says that it is invalid.
Solution:
You can regenerate the site key again:
1) Go to URL https://toolset.com/account/sites/
2) Add new site, fill the full site URL, for example:
Then use the new site key, and test again.

Hi there,

Hello,
Please follow our document to regenerate the site key and test again:
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed
Section "Automatic Installation (once you have Types plugin installed)"
Hi Mr. Yang,
Thank you for writting back.
I had done that, but that's when I get a message saying that my key is invalid. Please see screenshot. Then I deleted the site from Toolset and re-added it again, it didn't work though.
As the message you mentioned above: the key is invalid.
You can regenerate the site key again:
1) Go to URL https://toolset.com/account/sites/
2) Add new site, fill the full site URL, for example:
hidden link
Then use the new site key, and test again.
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
