Problem:
Can not create WordPress page with Blocks editor.
Solution:
This issue can not be reproduced, it works fine in client's website.

I have tried it in your website, with below steps:
Dashboard-> Pages-> Add new.
It works fine, see my screenshot new-page.JPG
Is there any missing? or is this problem resolved?
