We handle concerts via a CPT "concerts". They have all sorts of CF, interesting for this is the title which holds the name of the concert and a repeatable field group called "dates" (Termine in german)
Now i show concerts on the website. On every detail page there should be a form on the bottom that allows the visitor to reserve 1-5 seats on a specific date. The possible dates are stored in the repeatable fieldgroup, the individual dates therein are named "datum_termin".
As i understood i need a new CPT "reservations" (Buchungen in german) and a form. I alread did this form with the visual builder but am stuck at how to fill a hidden field with the concert title and prefill a select field with the dates (datum_termin) available for the concert page i am already on.
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Based on what you've shared, this will require some workaround and possibly some custom code, as well.
Can you please share temporary admin login details, so that I can see how this repeatable field group and the reservation form are set up in the admin area? Also, include the link to the page with the form.
