I wish to create a form to enter details of an item for sale.
Can anyone suggest a straight forward tuorial for Toolset that I will be able to follow?
I am using localhost.
If necessary I can ftp to site to a subdomain and wonder if registration will be required for a subdomain use and later the correct domain use?
Many thanks for your help
John
Thanks Minesh for the reply,
I had a look at this suggestion and note the following proviso:
"You can create Toolset forms for adding and editing Simple Products and External/Affiliate products. You cannot create Toolset forms for Variable and Grouped products".
This indicates to me that this may not be suitable as each products requires a number of selectable categories.
Similar to a car type which may require an individual selection of the type of engine or power or perhaps a selection of interiors, standard or deluxe.?

Those additional information like "type of engine or power" or perhaps "a selection of interiors, standard or deluxe.", you must have setup have variation and as its already indicated that you can not create variable product as its not supported by default.
what supported is:
- You can create Toolset forms for adding and editing Simple Products and External/Affiliate products.
It sounds like the woo commerce product cannot be used for this purpose.
I found some videos which were helpfull and I watched, but In the video at https://toolset.com/lesson-placement/lesson-placements-1586545-1586543/ at 2:18 Joe says he in going to show how custom fields were created. But I could not find this and the next video was all about gyms which I found confusing.
So I am still looking.
Many thanks for your help.

Thanks for your further information Minesh however I regret to say that I do not understand the instructions. I am not quite sure how to progress this requirement with Toolset. The processes seem so convoluted and many of the tutorials are chatty rather than a clear do this and then do that approach.
That’s just the opinion of a New Boy to Toolset of course
Regards
John
You can also have another resource, you can use http://www.discover-wp.com and use any of our reference site that is build on top using Toolset features.
I started to watch the Video by Agnes.
She asks to install the toolset framework installer.
As I have not downloaded this I tried but could not find it in Upload Plugins.
