Hi,
Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.
I tried to view your website, but it was behind password protection.
To troubleshoot this, I'll need to see how this view and its grid are set up in the admin area. Can you please share temporary admin login details and the link to the page where this view can be seen?
Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.
regards,
Waqar

Am yet to hear from you. Please this is urgent
Hello.
I am yet to get your reply as for this ticket. Please I need you to reply this urgent because my client is on me
Thank you for waiting, as we were a little light on the forum coverage, due to the holidays. I'll be able to follow up on these tickets in a more timely manner now.
The admin access details worked, however, all pages in the admin area keep showing the "error 503 - service unavailable".
Can you please check the server's error log, to see if any errors or warnings logged related to the server's resources?
Here is a useful guide on resolving the "error 503 - service unavailable" issue:

Once, this is fixed and the admin area is working as expected, we'll be able to assist you with the grid's layout.
Have been able to fix the issue can you please login again.
I also notice that whenever i want to edit my template the server loads slow and the template comes up late.
Thanks
I've checked the website's admin area again and the issue with the server still persists.
It seems that as soon as the server starts encountering any requests or processing load in the admin area, it just shuts its response and there is some rate limit involved.
Did you get a chance to check the server's error log or get in touch with the hosting support team? Please make sure that the server meets the requirements listed at:
https://toolset.com/toolset-requirements/
All your support tickets are dependent on the resolution of this issue and the properly working admin area.
Hello,
I notice that too but after refreshing the wordpress dashboard page opens up. Can you refresh if the error comes up. Although i have deactivated some plugins and now it working fine
The stability of the admin access is better now.
I see some script errors in the browser's console, which are not allowing Toolset's styles and scripts to work as expected. It could be a code conflict from a third-party plugin or the active theme.
To troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:
1. Please ensure that WordPress, active theme and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.
2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.
If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.
3. If the issue persists, I'll need your permission to download a clone/snapshot of your website to investigate this deeper on a different server.
I hope this helps and please let me know how it goes.
Hello,
I noticed that what is causing the non admin not to access the homepage and other menus is your toolset access plugin cause i deactivated all toolset plugin and reactivated them one after the other to see the cause of the problem.
I have checked and seen the cause of the error. It's a plugin from my theme. I have written to them on this.
Thanks so much
Thank you for sharing these findings.
As explained in the other ticket, it is fine to deactivate the Access plugin when you're not using any of its features.

I hope the other plugin's author will be able to assist you with the error.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
