I have a table-based grid on several views like this: hidden link

The images in the "Upcoming Wine Cruises" section are rendering at different sizes even though each image is natively 800x600.

How to fix?

Please note that the url is for the staging site: hidden link

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I would like to review how you are displaying the image, using shortcode or you are using the block?

Can you please share temporary admin access details so I can review on your setup whats going wrong there.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

When I try to edit the loop item template you created using Beaver Builder, it shows me message "This page doesn't seem to exist."

I'm not sure why you build the loop item template using Beaver Builder instead you should try the Toolset Blocks and build your template using blocks that will be easy to use. Is that fine with you?

Hi there - Not sure why you are getting a 404 on that content template. Works fine for me. hidden link

I used BB on this because I just haven't taken the time to learn Blocks. I'll give it a try and see if it works.

In the meantime, can you try again to edit the Wine Trip Category View loop content template? Just on tight deadline here.....

thanks!

I'm trying to edit the same template you said and I click on button "Launch Beaver Builder" and I see the message "This page doesn't seem to exist.". Please check the following screenshot:

Are you trying to edit the loop item content template from any other place? If yes, can you please share the steps that I should follow.

Hi there - I have no idea why that isn't opening for you. It opens here perfectly.

Try again on the main site. I just moved the staging back to the main site: hidden link

Thanks so much

Thank you now I can see its working.

The fact is that we have limited integration with Beaver Builder plugin.
=> https://toolset.com/course-lesson/using-toolset-with-beaver-builder/

In your case, the thing is that you are using the add-on plugin "Ultimate Addons for Beaver Builder" using which you added the UABB Infobox and there you added the types image field.

We do not have any official integration with plugin "Ultimate Addons for Beaver Builder" so I suggest you to build your loop output either using Toolset block or use Beaver Builder module instead.

Hi Minesh - UABB is just an extension of BB and is used to build every Toolset site I have, including this one.

Look at this page: hidden link

It's has the exact same View and Content Template but for a different taxonomy. Built exactly the same way as the wine page here: hidden link

In the wine page you see in that link you'll see I actually inserted a static image into the Content Template and they still render at different sizes.

There has to be some reason it is rendering the Wine Page differently.

UPDATE: I rebuilt the Content Template for the loop item with Beaver Builder. Same problem.

Can you please check now: hidden link

I've added the row setting column width to fixed 500px as you can see with the following screenshot: hidden link

I've set that on the following loop item content template:

You can adjust the width as per your requirement. I hope this help you to resolve your issue.
