[Resolved] Get your site-key not valid

This support ticket is created 5 years, 1 month ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Tell us what you are trying to do? Registering on wordpress admin and getting Invalid site key for the current site.

Is there any documentation that you are following? Invalid site key for the current site.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Hello,

Please try these:

1) Install the latest version of Types plugin manually, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) follow our document to regenerate a new site key for you website and test again:
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#installing-the-toolset-types-plugin

I uninstalled all my toolset plugins. I have no security plugins blocking anything.
Still trying to registering on wordpress admin and getting an Invalid site key for the current site.

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please try these:
1) Check if there is any PHP error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/

2) If the problem persists, please provide your website credentials in below private message box.
