[Resolved] Follow up to my ticket

This support ticket is created 5 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi - I was trying to follow up on my ticket but says it's closed. I had asked for it to stay open as I am recovering from an operation right now and have not been able to run these tests.

If you can reopen it or start a new one for me please.

My reply was: Hi there. I have not been able to find the problem by deactivating plugins yet. I am going to try another test today and if still not working I will send the copy of the site as you mentioned.

It is the forum system closed your ticket automatically.

Since it is compatibility problem, please provide a copy of your website in below "private detail box", also point out the problem page URL and CRED form URL:

You can put it into your own google drive disk, and share the link in the "private detail box", I need to duplicate same problem and debug it in my localhost, thanks
