[Resolved] Filter options not changing the results

This support ticket is created 2 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi

For some reason the filter boxes have stopped working on this page:

They were previously working but I am guessing a recent Toolset update has caused them to stop working?

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

The search filter doesn't seem to work for me, if I visit the page ( yourwebsite.com/network/ ).

But, when I added some extra URL parameters to the URL ( yourwebsite.com/network/?no-cache=true ), the search filter fields work.

This suggests that older cached copies of the pages are being served by the server or the CDN (Cloudflare).

I'll recommend testing the search filters again after clearing all involved caches.
