I noticed on some of the other listings on Land, the other property listed is showing everything, and there is no content template chosen, nor is it in other properties for sale. So maybe that is why I don't understand why I have to chose that for this land for sale Swadell rd. property.
I just want it as easy as possible for my client to add properties to the site and just automatically publish them if they can without having to go in the backend. But at least that would be easier. They are not able to attache content templates to each property.

Thanks for the details, please check these:

1) The demo site "Real estate site" is using Toolset Views plugin, but in your website it is using Toolset Blocks plugin.
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/#application-frameworks
Find item "Real estate site", click link "Plugins used"

2) You can try these in your website:
Deactivate "Toolset Blocks" plugin, activate "Toolset Views" plugin
Then add a new land post with Toolset Forms plugin:
hidden link

You should be able to see the new "Land" post is assigned to the layout "Single - Property"

I have set the view layout and disable the blocks views. I can see the land on the front, but it says it doesn't have a template.
The template is the single land CT template.
Now I'm not able to ADD a Property. No template. What happened to the templates that came with the real estate plugin.
I mainly wanted to use the way it was, but make a few changes. It doesn't seem to let me do hardly anything now.
Also, I need to change the Acres, Size to US figures. I'm about to give up on this. So hard to get it to work properly. Hoping the real estate theme/plugin would be so easy.

I have done as I mentioned above in your website:
Deactivate "Toolset Blocks" plugin, activate "Toolset Views" plugin
Then add a new land post with Toolset Forms plugin:
hidden link

I can see it works fine here:
hidden link

Can you confirm it?

I've decided to use something else which was a little easier for me. My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
